We also provide AI consulting services directly to businesses.

3. Not professional advice

Our AI assistant gathers information and facilitates connections. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. Any information provided during a conversation with our AI is for routing and qualification purposes only. Professional advice is provided solely by the licensed professionals at the business you are being connected with.

4. Communications consent

By submitting your phone number or email address through our platform, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, including:

• Follow-up messages from our AI assistant regarding your inquiry
• Direct communications from the business you contacted
• Appointment reminders or scheduling confirmations

You may opt out of automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or by contacting us. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

5. Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information when using our platform. We rely on the information you provide to connect you with the right professional and to assess the urgency of your situation. Inaccurate information may result in delays or inappropriate routing.

6. AI limitations

Our AI systems are designed to be helpful but are not infallible. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We continuously work to improve our systems. If you receive a response that seems incorrect, please let us know or contact the business directly.
